Recipes

Superb Punch

1 64 ounce bottle Lite Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/2 gallon calcium fortified lite or regular orange juice
1 two liter regular or sugar free gingerale

Mix all ingredients, chill, serve in punch bowl with sliced red oranges (optional)

Luscious Chocolate Pie


1 (9) inch graham cracker crust
3 ripe bananas
1 family size package sugar free chocolate pudding/pie filling
1 & 1/2 cups skim milk
1 container free whipped topping

Mix skim milk with pie filling mix, using a wire whisk, until thick and smooth. Refrigerate. Slice bananas along the sides and bottom of graham cracker crust. Pour chocolate mixture over the bananas. Spread contents of whipped topping over the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.

Yield: 8 servings

Protein: 7 gms
